Our History
Founded by Dave Benham in 1989, Maverick started as a software development company. Dave decided to serve the community by opening a small literacy school, which quickly evolved into a retail computer store offering both in-shop and onsite service, and eventually into a trusted IT Managed Services Provider. Dave’s belief was simple but rare: serve the customer with honesty, treat people like partners, and always deliver more value than expected.
Today, that legacy is continued by Marc Holtsclaw, who worked alongside Dave for decades. He and the team remain committed to thoughtful growth, continuous improvement, and treating people right — whether that’s a customer or a coworker.
